Refund Policy

You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, Simply send an e-mail to info@coos-cosmetics  and state your name, order number, product and preference (not obligatory). We will provide a return label for you to return your your goods without additional costs. Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount in full including the delivery costs to your account within 5 working days.

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer is expected to expect in all reasonable terms. As a Coos-Cosmetics customer you are entitled to a good product. If the product is not what you expect, please contact us. Then we will come together to find a solution. You can reach us by phone, email and social media.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to now, including delivery costs (without  any additional costs ) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw the agreement, from us. We will refund you with the same method of payment as your original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; In any event, you will not be charged for such repayment. We may wait for refund until we have returned the goods, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. We will refund amount in full  within 5 working days including delivery costs to your account.

You must notify us or return the goods without delay, but in any case not later than 14 days after the date of your decision to terminate the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14 day period expires.

Returning items should, if reasonably possible, be unused and packed in original packaging. Cosmetics products can not be returned as a result of hygiene if the seal is broken. It is not possible to exchange an item from our webshop directly through the delivery service. If you return the full order, you will receive the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs for the shipment.

Please return to your order (part of) your order with our customer service.

As soon as the package is received in good order, the purchase amount will be returned to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. You must keep the return receipt until the purchase price has been refunded.

Money backing based on payment method:
- Paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days.

Round busy periods such as the holidays can delay the delivery of your returned order. You will be informed about the current delivery times in the ordering process.
