Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, starting on the first day following the reception or pick-up date of the order. 

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.

Simply send an e-mail to info@coos-cosmetics.com and state your name, order number, product and preference (not obligatory). We will provide a return label for you to return  your goods without additional costs. Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount in full including the delivery costs to your account within 5 working days.

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer is expected to expect in all reasonable terms. As a Coos-Cosmetics customer you are entitled to a good product. If the product is not what you expect, please contact us. Then we will come together to find a solution. You can reach us by email and social media.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). In any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, we will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction - unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and wrapped in the original packaging. Coos Cosmetics can only be returned in unopened packaging. 

We do not charge extra costs for the return of (part of) your order. The purchase amount of the returned item will be credited to you, excluding shipping costs. In addition to the purchase amount, possible charges for the initial shipment will also be credited in the cases mentioned below.

You will be credited the shipping costs if you received a damaged or incorrect item.


As soon as the package is received in good order, the purchase amount will be returned to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days. You must keep the return receipt until the purchase price has been refunded.

Money backing based on payment method:
- Paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days. Credit card may take 7-10 working days.

Round busy periods such as the holidays can delay the delivery of your returned order. You will be informed about the current delivery times in the ordering process.
