Curated K-Beauty Since 2015

COOS Cosmetics was founded in the Netherlands in 2015 by Alice Yip, long before K-Beauty became the global phenomenon it is today.

It started with a simple philosophy: be kind to your skin.

Alice believed that discovering great Korean skincare shouldn’t mean choosing between endless products and complicated trends. COOS would be selective — bringing together skincare chosen for its skin-friendly formulas, thoughtful ingredients and vegan philosophy.

As K-Beauty grew, COOS grew with it.

What began as a carefully curated Korean skincare store has grown into more than a retail destination. Our years of experience, strong brand relationships and knowledge of the Korean beauty market have led us into B2B distribution, helping retailers across Europe discover and access Korean beauty brands.

But our philosophy has never changed.

We don’t believe in stocking something simply because it’s trending. We look beyond the hype, selecting established favourites alongside emerging Korean brands and hidden gems we believe genuinely deserve to be discovered.

More than a decade later, we’re still curious. Still discovering. Still selective.

Because with thousands of skincare products to choose from, you don’t need more choice.

Hi, I’m Alice.

I’ve been discovering Korean skincare since founding COOS Cosmetics in 2015. What started as a fascination with Korea’s innovative approach to skincare has become more than a decade of learning, discovering and carefully selecting products for our customers.

I’m selective about what makes it into COOS. I look for skin-friendly formulas, thoughtful ingredients and products that offer something genuinely worth discovering — whether it’s an established favourite or a Korean brand you may not have heard of yet.

Even after all these years, discovering something special still excites me.
