Coos Cosmetics delivers to EU only

Processing
- All products are sent directly from our location in The Netherlands.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24h (except during the weekend, busy period or national holidays).
- Your order will be send to your delivery address or drop off point, as informed during the checkout procedure. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Coos-Cosmetics assumes no responsibility.
Carriers
- EU countries are shipped via your preferred carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS and DPD.
- Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- All packages are shipped via preferred carrier accompanied by a tracking number delivered to you by email. You can track your order by login into your account
- All products are carefully packed to ensure a smooth experience. In case of loss or damage, please contact us immediately at info@coos-cosmetics.com and we will respond to your request within 24h.

Customs fees, VAT charges are not included for non-EU countries. The clearance fees varies. VAT and clearance fees is based on the customs value of your goods. Please contact your local customs office for information.
