Are these cruelty-free products you are selling?
We only offer cruelty-free products. South Korean government implemented a law whereby all cosmetics must be cruelty free by 2018! We curate to showcase the best and safest products for our customers. EU law bans animal tested products from the European Union market, a standard we take very seriously.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
For orders placed before 4pm, 1-2 working days via PostNL. Via DHL 2 working days.
Are your products cheaper than other Korean webshops in The Netherlands and Belgium?

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! No questions asked, you will receive refund with or without any reasons.
Can i return my products?
Yes, we have 14 days return policy. You can return within 14 days without any given reason subject to no damages, or used product (s). Simply fill in details in our return portal https://coos-cosmetics.shipping-portal.com/rp/ to generate a return label or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a return label per e-mail. Once return package is received, we will refund the amount in full to your account within 5 working days.
Do you ship to EU countries?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries. However, we have limited our shipping to remote areas in EU countries due to shipping rates. What if my skin have breakouts?
We offer products based on skin-friendly ingredients. The skin, however, may react to safe substances too, it is recommended that you do a patch test on your skin prior to use. This is to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to the product and if you do, it will only be confined to a small area of skin and thus treatable with ease. It is important to make sure you know how tolerant your skin is and if you have any specific allergies.
