How to Use

1. Scoop appropriate amount of cleansing balm with the spatula onto dry hands.
2.Massage gently over dry skin including eye area to lift off makeup and impurities.
3. Add a bit of water and continue massaging to emulsify the cleanser to melt away stubborn makeup or SPF products.
4.Rinse with lukewarm water.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba Oil has anti-inflammatory properties which help to tame chaffing and chapping, reduce redness caused by drying, ease the effects of eczema and rosacea, and keep skin calm and comfortable. The Vitamin E and B-complex vitamins in the Jojoba Oil help in skin repair and damage control.

Moringa seed oil extract

Moringa has amazing cleansing and skin detoxifying properties. Moringa Seed Extract has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. These help to prevent dirt and bacteria from getting clogged in the pores. It also contains Vitamin E has anti-inflammatory properties.

Solanum Melongena Fruit Extract ( egg plant )

Eggplant extract is known for its potential benefits for the skin. It is rich in antioxidants, such as anthocyanins, which can help protect the skin from free radicals and oxidative stress. Additionally, eggplant extract is believed to have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help soothe and calm the skin.

    Coos Cosmetics delivers to EU

    The exact shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 

      Processing
      • All products are sent directly from our location in The Netherlands.
      • Orders are processed and shipped within 24h (except during the weekend, busy period or national holidays).
      • Your order will be send to your delivery address or drop off point, as informed during the checkout procedure. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Coos-Cosmetics assumes no responsibility.

      Carriers

      • EU countries are shipped via your preferred carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS and DPD.
      • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 
      • All packages  are shipped via preferred carrier accompanied by a tracking number delivered to you by email. You can track your order by login into your account 
      • All products are carefully packed to ensure a smooth experience. In case of loss or damage, please contact us immediately at info@coos-cosmetics.com and we will respond to your request within 24h.

      Please note: Additional charges applies for remote areas in your country. You may check the website of UPS, DHL & DPD if your postal code is listed as remote area for surcharges. We will send a separate email with additional payment request or you may cancel your order as per your request. You will receive refund within 5 days if order is cancelled.

      Customs fees, VAT charges are not included for non-EU countries. The clearance fees varies. VAT and clearance fees is based on the customs value of your goods. Please contact your local customs office for information.

      RETURN & REFUND POLICY

      WHAT IS MY RETURN POLICY?

      Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Coos Cosmetics for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is free of charge on us for orders in The Netherlands and Belgium. Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. Any opened items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

      Simply send an e-mail to info@coos-cosmetics.com and state your name, order number, product and preference (not obligatory). We will provide a return label for you to return your goods without additional costs. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note that for credit card company, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the credit to post back to your account.

      INCORRECT ADDRESS AND REFUSED SHIPMENT

      If the address is incorrect, the package is typically returned to us by the courier service. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. We can re-send shipment to you. Shipping fees including returned shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser.

      Returned and re-sending shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser, if the package is returned due to refusing shipment or too many failed delivery attempts.  Lost packages due to incorrect address are responsible of the purchaser. Coos cosmetics is not responsible for the cost of the items and shipping. Please do ensure all details are filled in correctly. 

      RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IN OTHER EU AND NON-EU COUNTRIES ?  

      If you would like to return or exchange your product please send an email to info@coos-cosmetics.com. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded. Simply state your name, order number, product and preference (not obligatory). We will send you instructions including a return label to return your order or you may choose your own preferred carrier and provide us a tracking number.  

      After your return is received and inspected, your refund including the one way shipping fees will be processed within 5 working days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.

      Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delayed packages by the carriers.

      For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer is expected to expect in all reasonable terms. As a Coos-Cosmetics customer you are entitled to a good product. If the product is not what you expect, please contact us. Then we will come together to find a solution. You can reach us by email and social media.

      WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
      Money backing based on payment method:
      - Paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days. Credit card may take 7-10 working days.

      Round busy periods such as the holidays can delay the delivery of your returned order. You will be informed about the current delivery times in the ordering process.
