BEST TONER EVER! honestly, I can't find a better toner than this. I bought like 7 bottles of that and still using it. it can target many issues in once; personally, i used it when i want brightening skin but without it to be drying. it also targets less oily production and, in general, prevent dehydration.

this is my 1st time to tried it,love it rigth away ,, i dont use with cotton pad,, but only my palm to make it warm and to tap it to my face ,,,gentle feeling and very smooth when you pat it on... i love it ...u see moisture quick...🌸 highly recomended to those who have dry skin to normal..🌸
