RETURN & REFUND POLICY
WHAT IS MY RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Coos Cosmetics for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is free of charge on us for orders in The Netherlands and Belgium. Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. Any opened items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Simply send an e-mail to email@example.com and state your name, order number, product and preference (not obligatory). We will provide a return label for you to return your goods without additional costs. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note that for credit card company, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
INCORRECT ADDRESS AND REFUSED SHIPMENT
If the address is incorrect, the package is typically returned to us by the courier service. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. We can re-send shipment to you. Shipping fees including returned shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned and re-sending shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser, if the package is returned due to refusing shipment or too many failed delivery attempts.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT IN OTHER EU AND NON-EU COUNTRIES ?
If you would like to return or exchange your product please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded. Simply state your name, order number, product and preference (not obligatory). We will send you instructions including a return label to return your order or you may choose your own preferred carrier and provide us a tracking number.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

- Paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days. Credit card may take 7-10 working days.
